ABSTRACT :

The health care organization consist of Nurses, Physicians, Pharmacist and technician and those employees deal with the life of human. So right care to patient involves the co ordination of these employees, when there is a lack of communication and misinterpretation of reports and much more scenarios leads to conflict among employees as well they work in highly stressful place mistakes happens and conflict occur. This in fact affect the quality of care to the patient and employees have less job satisfaction. The hospital administrators is responsible to identify the root cause of the conflict and take necessary steps to prevent from reoccurring.
