Ibruprofen and Naproxen are NSAIDs ( non -sreroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) to reduce inflammation and pain in body.

Noramal creatinine level in male is .9 - 1.3 mg/dl

But this 40 y. o. m creatinine level is  2.2 mg/dl

This indicates kidney's are not functioning properly. Some drugs like nsaids may increase the creatinine level with or without causing kidney damage.

This patient's most likely diagnosis is Acute Renal Failure or Acute Kidney Injury.
