There are certain culture in which women are considered to be unique and precious ,cannot be seen by other male members. (Eg.,Muslim womens) other than husband. In this case the women has to be allotted a female provider as a matter of respect and benefit the client. If there is no availability of a female provider by that time make sure the husband is explained about the holistic care of a medical provider who doesn't differentiate the care on the basis of gender because all patients are one and their ultimate goal is to save or help them to recover from their illness. The husband can also be with the client throughout the visit.A female nurse ,nursing aide can be made to accompany the patient throughout te visit to make them comfortable .
