Drugs acts in the neurons send,receive and process signals through neurotransmitters and some drugs like marijuina and heroin can activate neurons because of chemical srtucture interfere natural neuromitter in the body..This will activate the neurons in their own chemicals same like natural neurotransmitter,but it will lead to abnormal messages being sent through it..other drugs like amphetamine or cocaine cause neurons releasing abnormally large amounts of natural neurotransmittters..this will lead to parts of the brain get affected.

-basal ganglia plays an important role in motivation involve in activities like eating, socializing involving in the formations of habits and routines..

-The extended amygdata plays a role in stressful feelings like anxiety,irritabiity and unease,it will produce withdrawel symptoms..
-The prefrontal cortex make a person with a substance use disorder seek the drug compulsively with reduce impulse control..like opioids affects the parts of the brain like brainstem,it controls the basic functions like heart rate,breathing and death..
line between legitimate and illegitimate drug may be unclear..the significance of the legitimate drug system is most obvious for drugs like methadone,amphetamines and barbiturates..Marijuanas has a ledimate sector composed of researchers who are experimenting with its have effect of control of glucoma and depression..Abuse of controlled prescription medications in the US illicit drugs..combined except marijuina and has grown considerating in the part decade..illegitimate drugs can also be purchased on the internet without a prescription..
Marijuina is a least dangerous drugs for recreational use..comparing to other drugs it has least lethal risk of alcohol..it is less risky than alcohol and tobacco..in united states legislation around illicit substances often have a lack of scientific basis..the US has schedules for drugs and chemicals that drug enforcement administrations considers to have the highest potential for abuse and use more dangerous..Around 235states have legalizes marijuina for medical purposes..comparing to alcohol and tobacco marijuina is a safe and having less potential risks..excessive use of marijuina can lead to respiratory discomfort and lung damage..
