Answer #1
  • Conservative and professional attire refers to clean grooming, proper suits with tie, jacket for a female, proper footwear,Pressed or ironed clothes, pant, pleasant or formal or neutral colour shirts. Here other than the shirt and tie Bob missed rest of the attire
  • It will not be apt after Bob is seen by the head. The ideal time is to have met him prior.Recommending him at this time is difficult because it may create a negative career impact on the recommender also
  • It is a must to know about how to dress up for an interview. He could have gained knowledge from his friends or at least via internet. It is a basic thing that a professional look does not have a nose ring or ear gauges or eyebrow rings
  • At these type of situation a gentle excuse can be asked and Bob has to be asked for removing the unprofessional attire. If not possible inform him to attend the interview with a good attitude and professional way.
