1. The patient is getting cough and angioedema because of ACE inhibitors because these drugs break down the bridykinin and inflammatory inhibitor, which inturn leads to COPD like symptoms and angioedema.

2. The source of cough is antihypertensive medication ACE inhibitors.

3. The lips are swollen because of side effects of ACE inhibitors, angioedema, it is a life threatening hypersensitivity reaction, needs immidiate attention.

4. The management of the medication is immidiate discontinuation of ACE inhibitors and substitution of any other antihypertensive medication like calcium chennel blockers or diuretics.
