Vitamin c is one the most useful nutrient in our diet . It is commonly said that vit c can cure any disease from comman cold to cancers

Here is a list of 5 different food item which are having high amount of vit c in them

Normal DRI for vitamin c is 90mg for men and 75mg for females

Below is the table about food items there serving size and amount of vit c present in them
