It regulates the EHR system, Health IT planning, infrastructure, application, compliance through the EHR interoperability system. Meaningful use requirements focus on five main objectives such as Reducing the health disparities by improving the quality and safety of health care, improving the coordination of care, more engaged in patient care, expand of public health, and ensure the confidentiality of protected patient health information.
