Answer #1

The co-ordinates of a point are defined as

for a 2-Dimensional system

a) X- co-ordinate = It is the perpendicular distance from the Y-axis to the point

b) Y- co-ordinate = It is the perpendicular distance from the X-axis to the point

for a 3-Dimensional system

a) X- co-ordinate = It is the perpendicular distance from the Y-axis as well as Z-axis to the point

b) Y- co-ordinate = It is the perpendicular distance from the X-axis as well as Z-axis to the point

c)Z- co-ordinate = It is the perpendicular distance from the X-axis as well as Y-axis to the point

1) co ordinates of point A = (0,280), co ordinates of point B = (0,-600), co ordinates of point C = (450,0).

2) co ordinates of point A = (0,4,0), co ordinates of point B = (-2.4, 0, 0)

co ordinates of point C = (2.4, 0, 1.5) , co ordinates of point D = (2.4, 0, -1.5)
