Medication dose rate is 1 mg/kg 2 times a day for 10 days

Each dose consists of 3$\times$1 =3 mg

Dose per each day is 3 $\times$ 2 = 6 mg

For 10 days 10 $\times$ 6 =60 mg

The total number of tablets for 10 days with 2 mg should be dispensed are 60$\div$2 = 30 tablets
