1. Auditory learning is a learning style in which a person learns through listening. An auditory learner depends on listening and speaking as a main way of learning.

The weaknesses of auditory learner are :-

- gets distracted more

- limited learning environment

- disturbance to other learners

2. One should use self assessment method to focus on their own strengths and weaknesses . Everyone knows about themselves very well than anyone else . And aslo they know about their positives and negatives . Weakness needs more attention than strengths because weakness needs to be improved . I will also use self assessment or self evaluation method to assess my strengths and limitations . My strengths are :-

- confident

- strong

- fast

- completes work at time

- talented

- deals with stressful situations

My weaknesses are :-

- anger

- inferiority complex

To work on this I have started doing yoga , meditation , music therapy to overcome my short temper and to deal with inferiority complex I have started to love myself ,the way I am . Know onwards I don't care about anyone teasing me with comments for my colour etc because it's the way I am and I don't have to change myself for others .

3. The benefits of working collaboratively with other team members of an organisation are :-

- avoids conflicts

- clear communication

- increase productivity

- a feeling of oneness

- completion of work at time

- development of each staff and organisation
