a specific number of nanoparticles. You have a batch of spherical,
solid gold nanoparticles each with a diameter of 33.0 nm. Because
these particles are too small to be weighed individually, you must
calculate the mass one nanoparticle in order to determine the total
weight of material needed for the procedure.
Note: The atomic weight of gold is 196.97 g/mol and the
atomic radius is 0.144 nm. The crystal structure of gold is FCC.
