Answer: Breast cancer is one of the most common in the women who have crossed the age of 40 but women in pregnancy or after the pregnancy are at high risk of developing breast cancer.

Normally a women with breast cancer survives upto 5 or more years but it depends upon the stage of the cancer. At the initial the breast cancer can be treated with the help of chemotherapy as well as surgery. But at the last stage it is difficult to treat or save life. The women after their 30's should regularly once in a year should have mamography done. This will reveals about any kind of lump or pain in the breast. Early diagnosis can prevent the disease increasing further parts of the body.
