In 2010 ACA increased insurance coverage and there was a decrease in uninsured individual rate due to medicare and medicaid coverage. it made improvements in access to health and health insurance. In 2015 expansion in easy access to medicne with medaid expnasion that improves financial security. ACA became Law and it shows no negative effective on exansion. states legislative effort shows improvment in health insurance coverage. Medicaid payment policy decrease price in the private sector and there is an improved alternative payment model.
