Nurse can implement sex education programs to avoid unprotected sex and avoiding high risk partners , offer advice and guidance to adolescents , provide confidential place for young people to discuss their concerns .

2. Nurse Aretha should maintain active interactions with parents and teachers , organizations of religions and youths , and also with school management.

3. She should implement  personal , health and social education lessons to primary school children aged 10 & 11 where they discuss puberty , reproduction , relationships before they start secondary school .This helps children to become well -informed before they become teenagers.
