Below are some of the reasons why restaurant business should be chosen:

• One of the major reasons of entering into a restaurant business is that it satisfies one of the basic necessities of human being; i.e. food, so this business does not face a downturn mostly during any phase of the economic cycle, provided you run your a competent restaurant.
• Running a restaurant business can also be a passion. A foodie who is extremely passionate about food looks at a restaurant in his own way while a chef who has diligently completed his course may want to open a gourmet restaurant in a cuisine of his choice.
• If run properly, the restaurant business has a very high margin which can be as much as 50% of the total revenue.
