T = Time period of oscillation

n = number of oscillations = 10

t = time for oscillation = 37 s

Time period of oscillation is given as

T = t/n

T = 37/10

T = 3.7 s

Part B)

frequency of oscillation is given as

f = 1/T

f = 1/3.7

f = 0.27 Hz

Part C)

A = amplitude = displacement /2 = (final position - initial position)/2 = (59 - 15)/2 = 22 cm = 0.22 m
