Anticoagulant drugs like warfarin interferres with normal body mechanism of coagulation and prevents clot formation.
Any class of drug or drug that either potentiates the effect of anticoagulant or synergists its effect should not be used with anticoagulant as it can increase the risk of bleeding.
Drugs that slows down metabolism of anticoagulants should also be avoided.
Some of the drugs that should not be used with anticoagulants are :

1. non steroid anti inflammatory drugs as it increases the clotting time and increases the risk of bleeding

2. salicylates slows down metabolism of anticoagulant

3.selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors as it increases the clotting time and increases the risk of bleeding

4. Fluoroquinolones like ciprofloxacin, sulfonamide, Nitroimidazole like metranidazole interferes with metabolism of anticoagulants  

5. Phenytoin

6. Cimetidine
