Dying patients will be emotionally and physically under stress. there will be social isolation and difficulty relationship with friends, family, and loss of independence, denial, fear, anxiety, depression, physical pain, stress associate with dying patients. family and friends of dying patients need support. they need spiritual and emotional support. Health care professionals help them with emotional wellbeing for the person's family and carers. when people terminally ill emotional care in compassionate and accepting and caring is a challenge for the individual. Family and friends will become socially isolated and like to spend time with the dying person. there will be more depression and anxiety. As a health care professional build a relationship with a person you care more. As a caregiver, we feel more sadness, distress, guilt, and anger when working with them. out emotional support helps family and friends to fulfill their needs and provide support.
