It is important to meet the spiritual needs of the patient as if the patient is satisfied spiritually with the treatment i.e. the treatment is not in clash with the faith of the patient it leads to a positive impact with the patient as he or she feels that the treatment is evidence based and sensitive to the personal needs of patient. The patient feels hopeful especially in case on end of the life treatment, where the patient wants to stick to each and every rule of the religion as they want to see their pilot face to face when they have crossed the bar.
