I can't find the time. I divided the speed over acceleration to get the time. but I keep on getting the wrong answer.

Time taken= v-vo/a

Time= (1.44*10^6)m/s /(6.32*10^10)m/s^2

T= 2.27*10^-5 sec= 22.7 micro seconds (Ans)
