Answer 2 - The given condition if of the other than price factor . Here the nature of the good is the luxury good in which the law of demand will not work. It comes under taste and preference. As per the law of demand , the restaurant of lower price should have been chosen. But the taste and preference of the consumer gives preference to the high quality which is other than price factor and thus , reataurant with higher price was chosen.
