The quantity sellers are willing to sell is less than the quantity demanded by the buyers because price Pc is less than the equilibrium price that means at lesser price consumer will demand more but because of lesser price seller will supply less. If price is greater than equilibrium price then quantity supplied will be more than quantity demanded because at higher price consumer will demand less and seller will supply more.
