speed of light = frequency x wavelength

here wavelength = 954.9 nm or 954.9 x 10-9 m

speed of light = 3.0 x108 m/s

putting values :

3.0 x108 m/s = frequency x 954.9 x 10-9 m

frequency = (3.0 x108 m/s) / ( 954.9 x 10-9 m)

= 3.14 x 1014 Hz
