The entire school district is very comfortable with their current status. You have requested a joint meeting with the school board and the superintendent. The goal of your meeting is to convince them that something needs to change to enhance the lives of students regarding their eating habits. Answer: Obesity or overweight people or children are at high risk of developing diseases, so some of the step can be taken to prevent this:

1. Creating awareness: Firstly it is necessary to impart knowledge about what is fat and why it is harmful for us.
2. Healthy eating: People should know about which is healthy food and which foods should be avoided. Consumption of caffeinated beverages causes more accumulation of fat.
3. Physical activities: It is necessary to encourage people to involve in the physical activities such as exercise, walking , children should play outdoor games etc. This will reduce the Excessive fat accumulation on the body.
4. Adverse effects: Excess of weight causes in the development of diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hyperHyperte as well as diabetes.
5. Prevention is better than cure : This means reducing the fat or weight can prevent us from life long treatment for the disease.
