In this case the nurse generally advise to the patient:

  • To take the 1st tablet in sitting or lying down position as the drug nitroglycerine may cause hypotension and it can be terrible condition
  • Nurses also advise to avoid strenous excercise
  • Advised to strictly avoid alcohol
  • Avoid the extreme weather conditions
