In 2014 Mexico's automotive industry saw its consolidation as one of the top countries in vehicles production and export as a result of Nissan , Honda and Mazda's new facilities opening in Mexico's central region.To meet this goal ,PROMEXICO has developed a number of investment projects.100 if which are already under way and many more are under evaluation.

Their strategy includes six components such as strong link with the Market,rigorius financial discipline,balanced investment approach,multiple home market plus export strategy,labour flexibility and lean production

Non US Auto makers use Mexico to build up their factories because of the availability of skilled labours at low cost,pleasant location,emerging market and innovation take place in Mexico
