Answer: Being a nurse it is necessary to set a goal. My main aim to to provide better quality of care to the patient. As a nurse it is my duty to takecare of the patients and provide them emotional and ethical support. Making patient feel more comfortable is one of the major challenge for the nurse in healthcare practice. This is due to that patients themselves suffers with the diseases or illness not only physically but they are usually disturb mentally.

To provide better care and facilities to the Patients it is necessary to set a required plan and training. Lots of things comes along with the experience. Evidence based practice, critical thinking skills are needed to perform the better work. As nurse plays many roles in healthcare organisations, they need to focus on the enhancement of their work.

To avail all the target nurse has to be actively participate in the many of the performance. Providing quality of care to the patients requires more patience, skills as well as knowledge. Nurse has to be ready to act in the situation of emergency. The need to take right decision at right time.

Due to increased used in the advanced technology, it has become more easier to work in the healthcare organisations. The technology enables us to save time by instant performance and also reduces the burn out phase. Technology system provides platform for nurses to act and perform their duty very smoothly. If we take an example of technology used in Healthcare system nowadays is EHR ( electronic health record). This is use to save all the patient's records and information in one place which is electronically saved. This enables nurses to find out and access information regarding patient's more easily hence it improves the quality of care provided to the patient.
