SOLN 1

The structure of methyl chloride is CH3Cl

the m/z peak at 50 is due to CH3CL in which Cl is Cl-35 which is 100% abundant

almost 1/3 peak at 52 is M+2 peak due to Cl-37 which is only 33% abundant

and peak at 15 will correspond to CH3+ ion
