ans1) Firstly the Nestle water monopoly in Fryeburg had the worst effect on the community of the town. As first the forest department of Fryeburg offered the public a tap to use water when their wells would dry up. Alternatively, the department started getting nestles water bottles to them in place of the previous deal. here with such a drastic effect of nestle company on the whole area, the community nor gets any rights neither gets any benefits. They must be getting packages of water but their real right on the natural resource has been taken away.

ans2) The common challenges faced by the community were the negative impact of water mining of their public relations, as the fights for the water increases continuously. The second challenge is the increased cost of water to the general public. As another point of notice, the Fryeburg people are paying for what they must have as a free which again becomes a challenge for them as ultimately the taxpayers are being charged up for their part of the resource and the government shows least concerns to this.

ans3) As the people came to know about their public right of getting water being stolen away from them, the performed various strategies to get the right.

• The people union talked with the general activists in the town where they say that it’s vital that they give the citizens a sense of pride and ownership of their water resources. And they started raising money to buy public drinking fountains, specifically designed to fill up water bottles.
• To the next strategy, the children of Fryeburg who were influenced by the nestle communicators were then made understand about having their personalized bottles in place of the plastic bottles provided by the company. the children after that felt pride in having their water and they don't have to depend on nestle for the same.

Other than this, Around the world, Nestlé is trying to buy water out from under local people, purchasing it at a fraction of the price that it's worth, and making outrageous profits. Bottled water companies create massive pollution and run campaigns to make people suspicious of tap water.
