In doctor's order it consists of drug name, dose, how often to take the medicine, when to take the medicine and how to take the medicine.

Answer to the question no. 1: aspirin 325 mg 1 tab po QD

The order says that , aspirin 325 milligram 1 tablet by mouth daily( at 08:00 am.).

2.  Zoloft 50 mg 1 tab po QHS: The order is Zoloft 50mg 1 tablet by mouth at bedtime( at 9.00pm).

3. Dilantin 20 mg 1 tab po TID: The order says that, Dilantin 20 milligram 1 tablet by mouth for three times a day ie, morning( 08.00) am, afternoon (02.00pm), night (08.00pm).

4.Cymbalta 20 mg 1 tab po BID: The order is Cymbalta 20 milligram by mouth two times a day ie; morning (08:00am) and evening (08.00 pm).

5. Penicillin 500mg 1 tab po QD into 7 days: Penicillin 500 milligram 1 tablet by mouth daily for 7 days (at 08.00 am)

6. digoxin 10 mg 1 tab po QOD: digoxin 10 milligram 1 tablet by mouth every other day
