Sacred Heart Community Service (SHCS) was started way back in 1964 in in San Jose, California by Louise Benson . The initial purpose of this help group to provide food and clothing to low-income people of society .Now SHCS is one of the lead NGO providing community services to almost every needy person in the location, in form of food, clothing, housing and utility assistance, employment, family mentoring, citizenship, and youth and adult education. SHCS work to make a society free from poverty problem by providing opportunity, and action.

The organization work with full time employees as well a school of volunteers , as per annual report 2018 published the organization is growing with very fast rate and reported the Total surplus attributable to the group $1,597,131 and consolidated asset value $ 28,483,250 .

The estimate of the company in all aspect created by referral program for all categories of services , organization use their Estimate calculated based on an average of 3.5 referrals per day.

Which indicate the existing customer or served people will refer others to be part of SHCS, and average referrals they received is 3.5 per day , i.e. 3.5*365 referrals annually. The referral will help the organization for  other calculation.
