In 3-5 sentences, explain why you agree with the author’s point of view, and what could be a counter argument to that?

My standing point with the Affordable Care Act, which although I do feel as if the concept was well thought of; I do not believe it was well executed. I do understand that prior to the Affordable Care Act it was difficult for individuals to get their own insurance policies due to insurance companies being allowed to ask information regarding their health. There was many contributing factors that could determine whether or not they would offer you an insurance plan unless you worked at a factory or at places that had group pans. Which is very difficult if you are a family and you can get denied health care benefits due to a previous condition. With this being said, the rates were extremely low therefore if needing to go to the hospital and not having insurance you were just paying out of pocket. Although, I understand that it is inconvenient to do that it is still the same if you were to get treated out of the state of Kentucky or if you were to get treated at any hospital that is not covered by the Affordable Care Act. As well as we have began to spend even more on medical spending because there are now people who are very unhealthy that are getting insurance and care for free which has driven the cost up for ekeryone else. Due to the Affordable Care Act being based solely on income, that presents a question I have: is it truly affordable for everyone? If you do not fall into that salary bracket you are able to get insurance (not for free), but with extreme rates making it almost unaffordable. So essentially it seems as if they are getting penalized for making an amount of money by the drastic insurance rates.

Affordable care act (ACA) provides health care to all age groups of people whose income is lower, and providing health insurance to the people of all ages,.Merits and demerits are there for the said argument. Depending on insurance for a life long time is not a smart option for the livelihood as it develops personal and financial crisis in the family, children education. Future planning should be made by the insurance which is available at affordable prices. If the patient is having insurance and is protected by medical bills by insurance should also face problems while ongoing treatments. And even if the patient is having insurance to protect himself from medical bills, also has to pay money if insurance company negotiate patient's request in claiming of the medical bills.

Therefore, Affordable care act is beneficial to those people who are in need for receiving financial support, purchasing of medicines, higher education, fulfilling of dreams it is useful. But at the same time it is having demerits due to expensive insurance charges to patients.
