Answer: Michael eats food at the restaurant, most of the time junk foods etc .These food probably don't have any kind of vitamin. He is lacking Omega 3 fatty acids in his diet, as well as all those vitamins that are essential for the body such as vitamin A, Vitamin B etc.
He is not getting enough of vitamin, except vitamin c. Because vitamin c is found in potatoes, chillies etc.
He should avoid eating foods at restaurants as his body is unable to get sufficient amount of vitamins and nutrients. He can optimise his diet at the restaurant. He can include green salad, grilled fish or chicken which is good source of protein as well. He can take supplements such as fish liver oil capsules etc.
