When money growth rate was considerably higher the interest rates remained at bottom till 2015 from 2010 because the US Fed had announced Quantitative easing programme where interest rates are kept low to bosst liquidity and reciger from economic distress and financial crisis which has caused colloquial losses. This money growth and low interest regime was to kick-start new businesses and drop down staggering unemployment number.

Also to remove deflation, the money growth propelled which led to boost in disposable incomes and thus consumption widened causing the inflation to coke into positive territory and thus price levels went up steadily.
