Answer #1

Historically, foreigners were discriminated against and the 1920's was no exception. Throughout the 1920s as well as now, it all depends on the demand for the work that immigrants could do and on the desperate need for these immigrants to do their job. Therefore, immigrants who were of low class had not been treated unfairly would not have had a fair trial that would have been the case now for days. I think immigrants would never have had a fair trial in the 14920s because many, if not all, people who were already living in the United States suffered from xenophobia.

"Xenophobia is the unreasonable fear of foreigners and the 1920's saw plenty of irrational fear and irrational behavior" Most of us will be afraid of the unknown and being an outsider with different customs, languages and essentially different things that will make us hesitate to be around them or even give them a fair trial if they are charged with an illegal action or if they have the idea. "The foreigners ' fear and hate, xenophobia, has lingered over the whole decade. It was a time of tremendous intolerance.

Several Americans hated sharing their rights with others. Blacks, Roman Catholics and refugees from Southern and Eastern Europe, most of whom were Jews, were all targets of this discrimination. "Today, when it comes to a fair trial, it's unlikely that they'd get a fair trial or anything that seems like a fair trial. "Decades later, the trial and executions of Italian anarchists Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti in 1920 bother and intrigue us. Researchers keep debating whether one or both men have committed armed robbery and murder.

Thank you 24. A better model for two indistinguishable fair dice? You may be uncomfortable with the sample space given in class for the possible outcomes of the roll of a pair of fair dice because when dealing with two dice you cannot, or at least you do not, distinguish between them. Thus for example, the two outcomes (1,3) and (3,1) should perhaps be considered as the same outcome. This argument leads to the following 21-member sample space: (23>)A56.6 (2,2)...
