Answer #1

(5) solution

4HCL(g) +1O2(g)=2CL2 + 2H2O(g)

we can say that there 4 mole HCL reaction with 1 mole oxygen gas

from question, value of hcl=20.0 ml which is 4 mole

so we calculate the value of oxygen =20.0/4 ml

=5.0 ml

6) from reaction equation

CH4(g) +O2(g) = CO2(g) + 2H2O(g)

we can notice there is 1 mole CH4 reaction with 1 mole oxygen so both mole are same.

so it is clear that 5 ml O2 need when 5 ml CH4 present.

so oxygen is needed there 5ml

7) the reaction equation is

2cu(s) +s(s) = cu2s(s)

where 2 mole CU reaction with 1 mole S the the product is 1 mole of CU2S

If 3.0 mole cu and 1.0 mole s

total mole of left side=total mole of right side

3.0 mole+ 1.0 mole=cu2s  mole

cu2s mole= 4.0 mole

so answer is 4.0 mole
