a)

Acid are the species that donate their H+ ion , whereas base are the species that accept H+ ion from the acid.

Acid donates H+ ion to form conjugate base , and base accepts H+ ion to form its conjugate acid.

So here :

H3N+CH2CH2N+H3 is acid and its conjugate base is H3N+CH2CH2NH2

H2O is base and H3O+ is its conjugate acid

b)

Benzoic acid is acid and its conjugate base is Benzoate

Pyridine is base and its conjugate acid is Pyridinium.
