I will tell him to review the literature and develop a frame work.when it is done tell them to create a method for study which include tool to data.tell the reasearcher to create the study simple and standardised so that others can follow his studies.qualitative and narrative formet should be applied while collecting data because anxiety and its level only can explain by patient himself.so ,when instruments are used for measuring anxiety it should be generic and specific.it can be depend on the character of anxiety. Moreover, unique questionare tool can be used to collect the data from patient.
