So, the intermolecular forces are strongest here.
So, it will have lowest vapour pressure.

SiO2 and CO2 are both non polar.
Due to smaller molecular mass, CO2 has weaker dispersion forces.
So, vapour pressure is highest for CO2.

SiO2 is 2nd highest
