Yes, vaccination is accepted method of disease prevention, because it comes under primordial and primary prevention.

Some times the rural people may argue for they because it is painful to the baby and some of minor problems may arises due to injectable polio vaccine ect like some times fever, pain, redness on site ect, so that the people may argue for that.
