Answer #1

Answer: Privacy is the kind of state to seclude oneself as not disclosing matters or personal information to the others.

Privacy is a moral right as one should have right to disclose or not to share his information and keep it secret. It is a choice of the person to reveal or not to reveal the information about himself.

When any legal action or the legal authorities are being involved in the healthcare system then the public health policy justifies the violation of the right to privacy as in that case information can be revealed to the authority by the patient's consent.
