True.

The antitrust laws are in place to protect the interest of the customer. If two companies in the market enter into an agreement which prohibits competition and hurts the interest of customer then that agreement would be considered a violation of anti-trust laws and the court decides it when the matter reaches there. Antitrust violations are like price fixing, or monopoly.
