Its imortant to have a balance team

1) Balance teams create synergy- with a balance team ,cross - discipline collaboration is possible.

2) Balance teams define startup culture ,which can make or break our business- with a balance team ,a startup sets the foundations for future growth by creating a culture of inclusiveness and collaboration.

3)Venture capitalist appreciate balanced teams- VCs catch the team factor incredibly quickly,so it is crucial to have a balance team.

4) Balanced teams are accountable and have clear separations of responsibilities - In a balanced team , everyone's roles and responsibilities can be made clear.

5) Balanced teams provide varied perspectives- With a balanced team, strategic decisiond are evaluated from all angles.

In that case when we are having lack of balance team then we can face below problems-

1)Unhealthy competition- when there could be multiple people on the team trying to play the same role ,the lack of awareness regarding this could be causing friction with others that also perceive their strengths and experiences as being best utilized in that role.

2) Clear gaps in performance- can be faced by team.

3) lack of diversity - It can masquerade as high performance because everyone acts and thinks the same, there can be a high level of team agreement and cohesion.
