She has iron deficiency anaemia.it is a condition in which healthy red blood cells in the body get decreased due to insufficent iron in the blood.

Causes are

1.Excessive bleeding.

2.lack of iron absorption.

3.insufficent intake of iron

4.pregnancy

Vitamin B12 is necessary for the production of red blood cells as it helps to absorb the iron in the stomach with the help of hydrochloric acid.vitamin B12 is the intrinsic factor which help for absorption.so it is necessary to make red blood cells by increasing iron absorption.

Due to this problem lack of oxygen is provided to body tissues and organ.this can lead to pale skin,hair loss ,dyspnoea etc.
