Conversion costs = Direct Labor + Manufacturing Overhead

Manufacturing Overhead = Variable Manufacturing Overhead + Fixed Manufacturing Overhead

Manufacturing Overhead = $15 + $6 = $21

Conversion costs = $20 + $21

Conversion costs = $41

So, estimated Conversion costs per unit = $41
