2. Learning curve effect, that is as the employees are being brought from overseas there will a leverage that such employees will perform good over experience.
3. Avoidance of recruitment and training costs, if new employees are recruited they are required to be trained to perform according to the requirement.

Disadvantages of new recruitment,

1. If you bring employees from already settled places, where do employees come for thise places?
2. Travelling costs, if you bring employees from a different locations, you are required to incur a lot of expenses for travelling.
3. Stay costs, where do these people stay, company should provide expenses for them.
