Yes it is ethically good action to forced the feed hunger striking because to save his life. Usually after two weeks of hunger strike the person have difficulty in standing and speaking. And if continue more it will lead to excessive starving and electrolyte imbalance which will lead to life threatening condition. So it's better to avoid this situation the person has to take proper nutrition. And forcing for life saving is not crime.
