Responses are too exhaustive.

There are so many options given to the question.

I think the issue with the question is responses are too exhaustive because the question give many options so option A is not correct as it said it has limited responses to the question.And option C is not correct because it is not a double barreled question.A double barrel questions consists of two questions but it only has a chance of answering by using one response for the question,in here the question is only about how often do you buy the vegetables but it didn't ask how often do you visit and buy the Vegetables.And option D is also not true because it is not a leading question.

So option B is correct.
