Answer #1

Error within the healthcare system breaks the trust and the relationship of the patient and professionals. If errors are made in medical coding then it will effect the treatment of the patient's and if errors are made in the billing it will hAve impact on hospital reimbursement.Insurance reimbursement is denied by insurance company if there is error in codes. And it also compromises financial stability of organisation whne claims are denied or retracted or adjusted.
